This Delivery Terms & Policy ("Delivery Terms") forms part of, and should be read together with, the Terms and Conditions of www.mtrshowroom.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by MTR Co. for Paper and Plastic Products and its Derivatives Co. ("MTR", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order on the Website, you agree to these Delivery Terms.
1. Delivery Area
MTR currently delivers within the State of Kuwait only. We do not offer delivery outside Kuwait at this time. If you enter a delivery address outside Kuwait at checkout, your order may be delayed, cancelled, or refused.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery time is within 24 hours (1 business day) of order confirmation and payment verification, for orders placed within our standard cut-off time and delivered to areas within our regular coverage zones.
• Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off time are typically delivered the same day or next day.
• Orders confirmed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery times to remote or less-frequently-serviced areas within Kuwait, or for bulk/large-quantity orders, may take longer, and you will be informed of the expected timeframe.
While MTR makes every reasonable effort to meet the stated delivery timeframe, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may be affected by factors outside our control (see Clause 7, Delays & Force Majeure).
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on the delivery area (governorate/zone) only. As a general guide, delivery fees typically range from KD 2 to KD 3 depending on the area. The exact applicable delivery fee for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.
MTR reserves the right to update delivery fees and coverage zones from time to time. The fee shown to you at checkout for a given order will be the fee that applies to that order.
4. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is verified, it will be processed, packed, and handed over for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email/message with your order details, and, where available, a tracking reference or estimated delivery window.
5. Delivery Address & Receiving the Order
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number at checkout. MTR is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address or contact details.
Orders may be delivered to you or to another person present at the delivery address who is reasonably able to receive the order on your behalf. Proof of delivery (such as a signature, code confirmation, or photo) may be collected at the time of delivery.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If our delivery team is unable to reach you or complete delivery (for example, due to an incorrect address, no answer, or refusal to accept the order), we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to MTR, and additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery, or the order may be cancelled subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
MTR shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, public holidays, courier or logistics disruptions, or other events of force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delay.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items on Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery where possible. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please refer to the Returns, Replacements & Refunds clause of our Terms and Conditions and contact our customer support as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
9. Risk & Title
Risk in the products shall pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Title to the products shall pass to you once full payment has been received by MTR.
